Add a form group container with the class "input-wrap" by using a div tag. Inside this container, include an input element with the class "input" or a text area element with the class "input is--textarea".

If you wish to disable it, add the class "is--disabled".

Don't fortget to add a label element with the class "input-label" and provide it with a name. To make it light, add the class "is--light".
